Mooji Truck Sales makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about its vehicles, including prices, mileage, features, specifications, photographs, condition, and availability. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, and changes may occur.
Customers must independently verify all vehicle information before purchasing. Photographs may not show every defect, repair, modification, or condition issue.
A vehicle listing does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that the vehicle remains available. Prices and inventory may change without notice. Vehicles are subject to prior sale.
If Website information conflicts with the final written purchase agreement or other transaction documents, the signed transaction documents will control to the extent permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices do not include applicable sales tax, registration, title, license, smog, documentation, electronic filing, delivery, transportation, finance charges, or other governmental or dealership fees.

All vehicles offered and sold by Mooji Truck Sales are used and are sold AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY, with all faults.
Mooji Truck Sales provides no express or implied dealer warranty concerning a vehicle’s condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, future performance, or freedom from defects, except when a specific written warranty is clearly stated in the final Buyers Guide and purchase contract and signed by an authorized representative of Mooji Truck Sales.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and determining its condition and suitability before purchase. Customers are strongly encouraged to arrange an independent inspection by a qualified mechanic before signing the purchase contract.
Statements made in advertisements, photographs, text messages, telephone conversations, social-media posts, or verbal discussions do not create a warranty. Any warranty or repair commitment must be written in the final transaction documents and signed by an authorized representative of Mooji Truck Sales.
An existing manufacturer’s warranty or separately purchased third-party service contract, when applicable, is independent of any warranty offered by Mooji Truck Sales.
Nothing in this section limits any disclosure, remedy, or customer right that cannot legally be waived.

The customer is responsible for completing all desired inspections before purchasing the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a vehicle satisfies their business, operational, and legal requirements, including commercial registration, licensing, weight limits, emissions requirements, insurance, permits, CDL requirements, and federal, state, or local regulations.
Payload, gross vehicle weight rating, body dimensions, refrigeration capacity, towing capacity, and similar specifications must be independently verified before purchase.
All deposits and reservation payments are non-refundable, except when the vehicle is materially different from how it was advertised or from the condition stated in the signed reservation or purchase agreement.
The written agreement will identify the vehicle, describe any known or agreed-upon condition, and state the deadline for completing the purchase. If the customer does not complete the purchase by that deadline, the deposit or reservation payment will be forfeited.
If the purchase is completed, the payment will be applied toward the vehicle’s purchase price as a down payment.
Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.
Any financing information displayed on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Financing is not guaranteed and may be subject to credit approval, lender requirements, verification, down payment, vehicle eligibility, and other conditions.
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval or create an obligation to purchase or finance a vehicle.
Any preliminary trade-in estimate is not a final offer. The final trade-in value depends on physical inspection, mechanical condition, mileage, title status, market conditions, and verification of the information provided by the customer.
Vehicle showings and test drives may require an appointment, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and compliance with Mooji Truck Sales’ safety procedures.
Mooji Truck Sales may refuse or discontinue a test drive when reasonably necessary for safety, insurance, legal, or operational reasons.
If you voluntarily provide your telephone number and consent to communications, Mooji Truck Sales may contact you by telephone or text message regarding your inquiry, appointment, transaction, requested information, or promotional offers when separately authorized.
