Buying a used box truck with 200k miles is always going to be risky.

I bought a 2019 Isuzu NPR diesel refrigerated box truck from mooji truck sales and had a good experience. I am thinking about going back for another truck. Just waiting for Mooji to find it for me. What I liked the most about the deal is that after we had agreed on a price, Mooji gave me the truck for $4000 cheaper than my original offer because the reefer box wasn't insulated on this truck and I was going to have to replace the box. So he gave me a discount to make the deal happen. I appreciate that I didn't have to go all the way there for nothing. He also delivered my truck from Palmdale to Anaheim at no extra charge for his time and paid for his Uber back! This is the way business is supposed to be.
